The Wellness Club - Banana Bread Baked Oats
We decided to jump on the baked oats bandwagon and definitely weren't disappointed! Honestly one of the yummiest breakfasts, we definitely recommend giving it a try. Not only is it super easy, but is the perfect recipe if you have a sweet tooth!
( serves 1 )
1/3 cup oats, 1 serve protein powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 banana, 3/4 cup plant milk, 1 dash of maple syrup, chocolate chips, cinnamon
1. Preheat the oven to 180C or 350F.
2. In a blender, put all the ingredients except the cinnamon and the chocolate chips. Blend together.
3. Pour into a ramekin and top with chopped banana, chocolate chips and cinnamon.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy on top.
